harem pants.

for a while now, i've been wanting harem pants, but i feel like if i wear 'em everyone &their mama will be snickering &talking shit. i shouldn't give a f*ck though. right?! also i can't find the right ones for my body shape, cause i'm a little thick. a couple months ago i bought some from forever 21, i would put 'em on &as i would walk out the door, i would turn around &change. so i returned them. i think this weekend i'm gonna go on a mission to find me the perfect harem pants for my body shape &ones that i feel comfortable &cute in. =)

the weekend.

so i was off friday, cause babygirl went camping. however, i didn't go out friday night, but it felt good to stay home &relax for a change. nightlife is kinda wearing me out. but i still love it. anywho, saturday was a pretty chill night as well, damo ordered the UFC fight so a few of us went over. after watching the fight we watched "the unborn", i decided to bring it over cause i was scared to watch it alone the night before. we were all into it jumping &screaming like little bitches. but it was whatever. scary screen, nudity, scary screen, nudity...that's pretty much how the movie went. after, we discussed the las vegas trip since we were all there. attempted to book the flight but FAILED. site was acting up. since the night was somewhat young still we went to modus but it was dudes.com &super hot in there so we called it a night around one since we all had to get up early for LA.

sunday funday in LA.

a few weeks ago cha &i spontaneously drove up to LA at 5pm to attend a weekly event called the Do-Over. it's pretty much like a JT's but better. more diverse crowd. bbq style food. &different dj's every week. we had a blast even though we didn't drink, so we decided to tell the crew about it. so this past sunday funday we rounded up the troops (me, cha, klev, julz, jhet, edric, vince, hanna, damo, &jenn) &headed up to LA. our first stop was this peruvian eatery called Mario's, the food was BOMB! since mark marcelo lives in LA, he graced us with his presence. cha &i shared the chicken dish damn sooo good. my most fav part of the dish was the potatos. after we headed to mark's house since a few people had to drop some kids off. haha. then quick stop at the hundreds store cause mr. tapia can't go to LA without going there. =) hahaha. jk. but seriously. then off to the Do-Over. jenn &damo meet us there, so did john lego &kim. all i could say about the Do-Over was it was hot, drunken times, &SUPER AMAZING TIME WITH GOOD COMPANY. mayer hawthorne &j.rocc were the ones who spun great tunes. last stop of the night was Roscoe's, of course. can't leave LA without eating some good ol' chicken &waffles. thank you friends for an amazing fun filled sunday funday. i love you guys. we MUST do this again. next time with photo's. =) wait i just remembered, jhet has some footage, as soon as i get 'em i'll post 'em! =D

a few of us decided to hit up bar dynamite on tuesday to see GASLAMP KILLER! that was my second time seeing him spin, he still amazes me. curly hair bouncing around, stopping between his set yelling shit out "I'M THE MOTHA FUCKIN' GASLAMP KILLER!" all i can say is he's fucking amazing. great night with good people once again. &i also had some bombass gelato for cheap. holler!

weekend recap.

i guess, i'll finally get into blogging again. this past independence day weekend. started off my weekend on friday at House of Blues for Victory Nightlife's Block Party. that night was my first time drinking as much as i did. (brought me back to 2007). thank you cha for driving. had tons of fun wondering around dancing &drinking. had the most fun at midnight when dj edROC aka babe did his "surprise" rave set. tons of glow sticks, fist pumping, jumping around, &floating beach balls. can't believe i drank henny, NASTY! peep the vids down below &up above. =)

fourth of july.

at first, i didn't feel like going to Live @ the BBQ (picnic thrown by 5&aDime, Alpha#, Lovewright &others.) cause it was held at embarcadero. i didn't wanna deal with all the people, traffic, &looking &/or paying for parking. but i got my lazy ass up &meet up with cha in downtown. my lucky ass found parking right away, but we had to walk a few blocks. workout! the bbq was pretty chill &entertaining. however, the group by us hella made me upset, smoking the green stuff in front of babies, wtf?! who does that, apparently they do! ended the bbq with beautiful fireworks on the bay with cha, vince, hanna, &baby marie. after hiking back to the car we head to damo's to chill for a bit then went to 923 to support julz &flo. i was suppppeerrrr pooped at the end of the night, as was everyone else.

once again i thought i was going to stay in, but i didn't i meet up with the boys &ice skate at some beach in la jolla, before going there i called julz to make sure i wasn't going to drive all the way there from mexico. so when i got there about 15 mins later those fucks decided they wanted to leave. jay g. decided he wanted to have a bonfire that night so we headed there. you would think he's be the one to do everything but nopes julz did. &we were the first ones there not the one who so called planned it. haha. anywho thought it was going to be a bust. turned out to be a great night with great company. we must do it again & again &again since it' s "summah summah time."
