part-time mom.
i think i need to dedicate a night for a major update. i've been sooooo busy. kailah needs my attention every single minute she is here. she's teeth so she gets cranky &she's hella snotty. she doesn't wanna be in her playpen at all. so i'm always carrying her. anyways hopefully sometime soon i'll have time to do a major update. sorry folks, i'm a part-time mom.

busy bee.
so as you can see i haven't blogged in a while. i've been super busy lately. had some out-or-towners over for my grandma's 92nd birthday. anyways i'm gonna try to back track &remember what i've been doing these past couple of weeks...
uptown saturdays @ modus. 04.11.
so a few saturdays ago my boys julian &edric dj'd at modus for uptown saturdays. i've been to modus several times, but this was probably the only time ive seen this place as cracking as it was. there were some birthday celebrants that were there, one of which was oliver (oli-baba) &some other person (i'm assuming that person just turned 21) that came in a party bus filled with annoying drunk newly 21 year olds (i assume). the way they were acting made me assume they were newbe's to the bar/club scene. felt like punching some bitches that night. anywho, other than that it was a great night. for more coverage &photo's check out edric's blog.
easter sunday funday. 04.12.
since it was easter, we decided to have a picnic for sunday funday. the day was filled with eating, softballing, eating, biking, eating, kite flying, &watching dogs trying to hump each other, well one dog, buddy the bulldog, trying to rape, roxanne the pug. poor roxanne. there were a lot of pups at our picnic that day roxanne, buddy, irish, &max. most of the girls just sat around, mingled, &watched the boy's &a couple of the girl's softball game. during the last game a few of us witnessed jay (5&ADime) get hit on the head pretty hard with the softball. sadly he had to leave the game &picnic early cause of that. anyways we had tons of red velvet cupcakes w/chocolate chips courtesy of me &jay g.'s friend. so yummmy. cindy's egg shaped cupcakes were a hit as well. we also had the usual burgers, hotdogs, &chips. although most of the southsiders didn't show up, the picnic was still a success. afterwards a couple of us went to watch fast &furious. of course, i fell asleep. that's all i could say about that movie.

okay, i think two short updates are good enough for now. i shall continue tonight or tomorrow. have a wonderful &safe cinco de mayo/drinko. don't drink &drive! adios mis amigos.
