rocky, i'm gonna miss you.

a few days ago my dad noticed that one of my cats seemed sick. i have two cats rocky the skinnier one, &the one that is more energetic. & china the fatty! well the one that's sick is rocky. so yesterday my dad took him to the vet & the dr couldn't seem to find anything wrong with him. he said that he was dehydrated. so they injected him with some vitamins &fluids. they also took some blood to so that they can run some test. well today i had to call them to see what the results were, &it was bad news. my rocky's kidneys are severely failing. the dr is surprised that my rocky is still alive. so he told me that he only has a few days to live. we could either keep him here at home &wait til he dies. or take him in to put him to sleep. of course i don't want my rocky to suffer anymore so we're putting him down around 215 pm today. =.(

i'm going to miss you a lot &so will your sister. she'll miss you attacking her, cleaning her, massaging her, &sleeping next to her. i'll miss you meows, purrings, your door scratching, &everything else that you do. i'm sorry that we're going to put you to sleep, but we don't want you to suffer anymore. you'll be in a better place with foxy (my first dog), tell her i said hello &i miss her a lot. thank you for bringing so much joy &serenity to my life.

busy. lazy. tired.

so as of lately, i've been busy, lazy, and/or tired so that's why i haven't been updating this. kailah (the baby girl that i've been babysitting) has been taking up a lot of my time. she's been cranky &what not lately cause her teeth are starting to grow. i shall continue this later. she's screaming!

yesterday was another beautiful. too bad i was only able to enjoy the sunshine for a couple of hours. anywho i got a call from klev asking if i wanted to go grub with gian, josie, annabelle, &terry at the old spaghetti factory, at first i didn't want to cause we eat out too much! but i gave in. so i went to pick up klev then we headed to the old spaghetti factory which is in downtown san diego, it was opening day for padres. so there was mad people in downtown, but luckily i found parking right away. whoopie! fun times at spaghetti factory, they haven't failed me yet. also lots of laughing cause annabelle's white girl accent. hah. love you annabelle. anyways right after we had to head right back to bumsville (annabelle, terry, &michelle's place) cause michelle had to leave, but she couldn't cause her car was blocked in. got there sat around chit chatting & watched irish (annabelle's dog) &daisy fight/play with one another. after we decided to go to good ol' balboa park. yay! i've been wanting to go there for a while now at night to take come "cool" night shots of the area. i recently learned how to use the b&w feature of my SLR so i used it too. hopefully the photos are cool enough for you. remember i'm still learning...

sunday funday VII. 04.05.

this past sunday, i wanted to go to the classic car show at the del mar fairgrounds. however, it cost, so it was a no go. also it was a beautiful day in san diego, so we had to be outdoors. so we (me, klev, edric, &hanna) head de anza cove in mission bay to meet up with vince. without using our gps we assumed that de anza cove was by belmont park, so we drove towards that direction. well since it was a gorgeous day in san diego, everyone &their mama was heading towards the beach (belmont park is right by the beach). it was mad traffic. sorry hanna! finally we decided to gps de anza cove &it wasnt by belmont it was by the 5. we drove in traffic for NOTHING! anywho matt &christine also met up with us at de anza cove. we hung out for a little then headed to la jolla shores. it was traffic there too! but not as bad. we found parking right away. whoopie. anywho you think it would be a lot cooler by the water, especially if you were right where the water is, but nope it was hot! &i got a fucking tan. i hate tanning. i rather be pale. anywho i wasn't the one who took photos with my SLR cause i was too busy looking for sea creature (i love looking for sea creatures!), so klev did.

after la jolla, we headed back to downtown &hung out with gian at the shop. then head to fred's for some drinks &ate at some thai restuarant after. good times with great people. i hope next sunday will be another gorgeous day in lovely san diego.

thursday evening was once again an eventful evening. first met up with some people to have dinner at good ol' sushi deli 2. sucks that they had to split our group of 9 to 5, 2, &2. but it was okay cause we didn't want to wait another hour. so i was at the table of 5. me, cha, gerald, klev, &edric. we all got a roll or two each &shared. we also got a small bottle of nigori unfilter COLD (better than hot!!!) sake, which gave us two rounds. then since we wanted to drink more we decided to get the big bottle, which gave us about, i think, 6to7 rounds. good stuff! towards the end of our dinner josie &gian joined us, of course gian helped us finish the last drops of sake. afterwards, since it's free (well they ask for donations.), we all strolled to thursday night thing (TNT), this monthly event that the museum of contemporary art of san diego hosts. if you don't know what TNT is, sucks for you! jk. (click here for a little thing about TNT.) after TNT, we all headed to El Dorado for Ikah Love's Grown Folk Shit to hear special guest DJ NuMark on the one's &two's. thursday night was my very first time going to el dorado, didn't even go there when it was hong kong (when auntie's were there). the grown folk house band was amazing. ikah love's amazing on the tables. & of course dj nu-mark was AMAZING. too bad towards the end of the night i started getting cranky, cause i was sleepy &tired. but all in all, good time. great people. GREAT music. &good vibes. i had my camera, but too bad it was in the car. but it's okay cause babe had his for el dorado. so these photos your about to see are only from el dorado courtesy of edric.

random photo session. 04.01.

bueno. as many of you san diegan's know, the old spaghetti factory in downtown has finally re-opened. since the re-opening klev &i have been once, cause whenever we'd try to go there would be an hour wait just to get a pager, then another hour or two wait to get seated. so on wednesday, since it was a random day &early in day, we decided to go with gerald. no wait at all. after, i wanted to go to hair drezzers on fire since josie was getting her pixe haircut. so we stopped by. so CUTE rihanna, i mean josie. i wish i had the face &body type to pull off a pixie cut. once josie was done we headed to presidio park to take some night photos. as soon as we got there the boys (klev, gerlad, &gian.) left us. it was dark, no one was there (besides us) &there was this eery vibe, so me &josie were scurrredd. finally the boys came back. they were telling us that there were these weirdos in the dark doing something illegal or something creepy (ritual or something). after we went to the suspension bridge on spruce street since gerald has never been there. there was some freshly out of jail kids there, doing the typical (smokin' the herb.). they started talking to us about jail &what not. trying to say we could relate to them, ugh no! so we took off. &went to starlite lounge for a hot second. it was a random outing that night &a few had word so after we called it a night.
